- Consent vs submit: Lawyer: SMS consent must not be a condition of submitting. Ray: submit blocked without consent. Ray's block kept on every form.
- Rewards cap: $250 per load (Ray) or per quarter (Lawyer).
- Rewards expiry: 12 months with no shipment (Ray) or 12 months after issue (Lawyer).
