Design notes (draft for Chief of Staff gate)

  1. Type: Inter. H1 clamp 32–56/1.08 bold; stage name 22/1.2 bold; body 16/1.55; labels 12–13 caps, 0.1em tracking.
  2. Color: Driver line lime #C4D600 at 8px, the only lime line. Role lines 3px in ink #333F48, slate #697279, #4A5A64, olive #5B6B00. Buddy is dashed 2px #8A9499 (peer, not staff). Office branch is dotted 2px. Text is always ink on white (lime is never used for text).
  3. Lines: roles join and exit with an S-curve over about 120px. The driver line never ends; it continues past the last stage with a fade.
  4. Motion: the lines draw in as you scroll and the bubbles fade up. With reduced motion, everything shows fully drawn and nothing animates.
  5. Responsive: 1440 and 1024 use alternating bubbles around a center line. 768 does the same with narrower bubbles. Below 768 (iPhone 390), the lines move to a 64px left rail and the roles show as chips in each bubble.
  6. Accessibility: the SVG is decorative and a text list repeats every stage and role for screen readers. Contrast is AA.
  7. Copy rules: members and leaders, no stats, no promised timelines, no authority claims. The real logo only.
