    Ideas that became real

    • A driver suggested pairing every new hire with an experienced driver they can call. It’s now part of onboarding.

    • A driver asked how to move into an office role. We now post office openings to members first.

    • A member suggested inviting families to the terminal. It’s now a yearly event.

    • Our members had built up years of know-how worth sharing. So we created GRX Academy to pass it on to every member.
