(PROTECT)

Safety comes before any load and any schedule. Here is how every GRX member protects the people around them.

Our culture

How we keep each other safe

Safety comes first

Safety comes before any load, any schedule and any customer. Every member owns it, from the office to the road.

Independent oversight

Our safety and compliance team does not report to operations, and it can overrule operations on any safety matter.

Learning, not blame

When something goes wrong, we run an after-action review, update the standard and share what we learned.

Drivers

On the road

For drivers

  • Any driver may stop for safety, without penalty. Weather, equipment, fatigue or an unsafe location: stopping is the right call.
  • Hours of service are followed on every load, and our estimates are built around them.
  • Pre-trip and post-trip inspections are part of every duty day.

Equipment

Maintenance standards

Speak up

See something? Report it.

Reports may be made confidentially, and GRX keeps them confidential to the extent the law allows. GRX does not retaliate against anyone for a good-faith report.
