Safety first
We put safety before any load, schedule or customer. Anyone may stop work that looks unsafe.
Respect
We treat every person with dignity. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination or bullying.
Honesty
We tell the truth, keep accurate records and never hide a mistake.
Fair dealing
We compete fairly and keep our promises to customers, partners and each other.
Conflicts of interest
We avoid situations where personal interests could affect our judgment, and we raise them when they happen.
Gifts
We do not give or accept gifts that could influence a business decision.
Protecting information
We protect personal and business information and share it only when we should.
Using company resources
We use equipment, vehicles, systems and funds for company work, with care.
Following the law
We follow the laws and rules that apply to our work, everywhere we operate.
Speaking up
Reports may be made confidentially, and GRX keeps them confidential to the extent the law allows. GRX does not retaliate against anyone for a good-faith report.
