Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use grxlog.com.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of grxlog.com and any content GRX Logistics LLC (“GRX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes online (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Freight transportation services, rates, and loads are governed by separate written agreements, such as broker-carrier agreements, rate confirmations, and bills of lading, and not by these Terms.
1. Who we are
GRX Logistics LLC is a Florida limited liability company and a motor carrier. Our equipment, capacity, lanes, and service areas change over time. Information on the Site is not a guarantee of available trucks or service on any date.
2. Information only
Content on the Site is general business information. It is not an offer to haul freight, a rate quote, or legal or insurance advice. A shipment is booked only when GRX confirms it in writing under a separate agreement.
3. Promotions
Any promotion we offer is subject to the terms stated with that promotion. We may change or end a promotion at any time as permitted by law. Submitting a form does not guarantee that we will accept a load or that you qualify for a promotion.
4. Forms and accuracy
When you submit a form, you agree that the information is true and complete and, if you are acting for a company, that you are authorized to do so. You may not submit false, fraudulent, or duplicate information.
5. Job applications
Submitting a job application through the Site does not create a job offer or an employment or contractor relationship. All hiring is subject to GRX’s hiring standards and to the checks that federal and state law require.
6. Email and text messages
Marketing emails and text messages are sent only as described in our Privacy Notice and in the consent language on our forms. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time and reply STOP to stop text messages.
7. Intellectual property
The text, logos, graphics, and other materials on the Site, including the GRX Logistics name and logo, belong to GRX or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission, except as the law allows or as needed to do business with us.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, try to gain unauthorized access to it, upload malicious code, send harassing or unlawful content, scrape the Site in a way that harms its performance, or use the Site to break any law.
9. Links to other websites
The Site may link to websites run by others. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRX AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). THIS LIMIT DOES NOT APPLY WHERE THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW IT, AND IT DOES NOT APPLY TO SEPARATE FREIGHT AGREEMENTS.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify GRX against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, the information you submit, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. If you keep using the Site after we post changes, you accept the updated Terms, except where the law requires more notice.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, unless a separate written agreement between you and GRX says otherwise.
16. Quotes and estimates
A quote or online estimate is not binding until GRX confirms it in a written rate confirmation.
17. Applications
A job application is not an offer of employment.
18. Ideas
Ideas you submit are voluntary and not confidential. GRX may use them without payment or obligation. Do not submit confidential or third-party material.
19. Uploads
Files you upload must be lawful and yours to share, and must meet the size and type limits shown on the form.
20. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Florida law, with venue in Orange County, Florida, as set out in Section 15.
