We use this information only for hiring, safety, and legal compliance, and never for marketing.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or medical information through our website forms.

5. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, keep it secure, and measure how it is used. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this Notice first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly.
6. Email, text messages, and calls
Email. Our marketing emails include our mailing address and an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Text messages. We send marketing text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them by checking the text message consent box on one of our forms. By giving that consent, you agree to receive recurring text messages from GRX Logistics LLC at the number you provided, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of doing business with GRX or of applying for a job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing info@grxlog.com.
Job applicants. If you apply for a job and agree to be contacted by call or text, we will use your number to contact you about your application and driving jobs with GRX. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us.
Sending us a message or giving us your phone number does not by itself sign you up for marketing texts. We will still reply to messages you send us.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide services, meet employment and contract obligations, comply with legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some employment, driver qualification, and safety records must be kept for periods set by law. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous where practical.
8. How we protect information
