GRX Rewards

1. Rewards are issued to the customer's business account only and may not be paid to individual employees.
2. Tiers are set by the number of qualifying loads in each calendar quarter: Bronze 5–19 loads (0.5%), Silver 20–49 loads (1%), Gold 50 or more loads (1.5%, plus priority trucks and a dedicated contact).
3. A qualifying load is delivered, invoiced, paid in full on time, and billed at or above the GRX minimum rate. Canceled loads, truck-ordered-not-used (TONU) loads and disputed loads do not qualify.
4. Credit is calculated on base linehaul only, excluding fuel surcharge and accessorials.
5. Credit is capped at $250 per load.
6. Credit is applied to future invoices. It has no cash value and is not transferable.
7. Credit expires after 12 months with no shipment.
8. Credit is forfeited if the account is past due or closed.
9. GRX may change or end the program at any time with 30 days' notice on this page. Credits already earned remain usable until they expire.
10. Customer is responsible for any reporting or pass-through obligations it has to its own customers.

First-load offer

• 15% of linehaul on the first completed load for a new customer account, up to $300, issued as credit.
• One per company. Cannot be combined with other offers.
• Ends December 31, 2026.
